Grand Ballroom – Climate controlled ballroom includes dining tables, Chiavari chairs, dance floor, 2 fireplaces and 5 chandelier ceiling fans with multiple light settings.

Mansion – Historic Mansion includes use of the 1st floor for guests and a spacious. 2nd floor dressing rooms suite for the bride and bridesmaids.

Groom’s Den – Elegantly furnished suite for the groom and groomsmen to dress and relax.

Rooftop Patio – 2,000 square foot, lighted patio on the rooftop of the ballroom overlooking the beautiful grounds. Perfect location for ceremony or cocktail hour.

Expansive Grounds – Elegantly landscaped outdoor spaces can be set up and utilized in a multitude of ways, so you can design the layout and flow you desire.

Venue price includes parking attendant(s), day of coordinator and venue staff, all reception tables and chairs, trash receptacles and liners.

Overnight Accommodations

Each of our beautifully furnished guest suites includes an individually climate controlled bedroom, private bath and continental breakfast. Pricing is available upon request.

Bowling Brook Mansion is committed to providing the highest level of safety possible for our guests and staff. We have implemented policies and procedures recommended by the CDC and FDA and in compliance with Carroll county mandate to facilitate this safe environment. Following State, Federal, and local COVID guidelines is essential to our safe operation.  Some procedures include: face masks for all employees, hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility, wipe down and sanitation of highly touched surfaces before, during and after events, signage to communicate our stance on masks and social distancing and increased spacing of tables and reduction of chairs.

 

We require any guests or staff that have been exposed to the virus within the last 14 days or show symptoms of COVID-19 to leave the property and communicate the issue immediately to our staff. Do not come on property if showing symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to the virus within the last 14 days.
