Grand Ballroom – Climate controlled ballroom includes tables, upgraded chairs, dance floor, 2 fireplaces and 6 chandelier ceiling fans with multiple light settings.
Mansion – Historic Mansion includes use of the 1st floor for guests and beautifully furnished 2nd floor dressing rooms for the bride and bridesmaids.
Groom’s Den – Elegantly furnished suite for the groom and groomsmen to dress.
Rooftop Patio – 2,000 square foot, lighted patio on the rooftop of the ballroom overlooking the beautiful grounds. Perfect location for ceremony or cocktail hour.
Expansive Grounds – Elegantly landscaped outdoor spaces can be set up and utilized in a multitude of ways, so you can design the layout and flow you desire.

Bowling Brook Mansion is committed to providing the highest level of safety possible for our guests and staff. We have implemented policies and procedures recommended by the CDC and FDA and in compliance with Carroll county mandate to facilitate this safe environment. Following State, Federal, and local COVID guidelines is essential to our safe operation. Some procedures include: face masks for all employees, hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility, wipe down and sanitation of highly touched surfaces before, during and after events, signage to communicate our stance on masks and social distancing and increased spacing of tables and reduction of chairs.
